Black Rock Cleaning Services – Package Rates
Standard Turnover / Residential Cleaning
Tier 1:
💲 $120–$160 per job
🕒 1.5 to 2 hours total
🕒 Overage Rate: $80/hour
Perfect for:
Airbnb turnovers • Weekly/Biweekly maintenance cleans
Includes:
- General surface cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting)
- Linen change & light tidying
- Trash removal
- Basic Airbnb restocking (toiletries/paper goods – provided by client)
Optional Add-ons:
- Extra laundry: $15/load
- Supply restocking (client-provided): $10 flat
Deep Clean / Move-In–Move-Out
Tier 2:
💲 $200–$280 per job
🕒 2.5 to 3.5 hours total
🕒 Overage Rate: $90/hour
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
- Baseboards, walls & light switch detailing
- Inside fridge and oven
- Cabinet interiors + exteriors
- Interior windows (reachable without ladder)
Great for:
- New tenants
- Spring/fall resets
- First-time or infrequent deep cleans
Post-Construction / Renovation Cleanup
Tier 3:
💲 $250–$350+ per job (custom estimate required)
🕒 Overage Rate: $100/hour (if exceeding estimate)
Includes:
- Construction dust cleanup (floors, walls, ledges)
- Adhesive/sticker removal from windows and surfaces
- Heavy-duty mopping and polishing
- PPE and special tools as needed
